We partner with mental health and substance use disorder providers in Lycoming and Clinton Counties to address workforce shortages and strengthen long term employee retention.

Through the workforce development, providers host participants for full time employment following graduation. The structured two year employment commitment creates staffing stability while supporting early career professionals with training and cohort based engagement.

How We Support Providers

• Access to motivated, pre screened candidates

• Two year employment commitment from participants

Provider Responsibilities

• Employ accepted participants

• Provide supervision and role appropriate training

• Maintain communication with LCWI administrators

• Support the participant’s two year employment commitment
