Students and Graduates

What You Receive:

  • Tuition reimbursement up to $20,000 for bachelor’s level applicants

  • Ongoing training and workforce preparation

Eligibility Requirements:

To apply, you must:

  • Be a junior or senior in an accredited college or university studying a human services field such as psychology, sociology, criminal justice, social work, or rehabilitation

-or-

  • Be pursuing a master’s degree in a human services related field

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Submit to required background checks and clearances

  • Commit to two years of full time employment with a participating provider in Lycoming or Clinton County

 

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in cohort training sessions for two years

  • Complete two years of full-time work in a mental health or substance use disorder role with a participating provider

To complete your application, please be prepared to upload the following:

  • Current résumé

  • One letter of recommendation from a faculty member

  • Personal statement describing your strengths and fit for the program

  • Unofficial college transcripts

  • Copy of a valid driver’s license
